Trump: Rusya’ya Ukrayna ile ateşkes antlaşmasına varması için 10 gün veriyorum
Foreks – President Donald Trump on Tuesday announced a new 10-day deadline for Russia to reach a truce with Ukraine, ramping up pressure on President Vladimir Putin to end the ongoing war. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One as he returned from a five-day visit to Scotland, Trump made the revised timeline official.
“10 days from today,” Trump said, adding that the U.S. is prepared to impose economic penalties on Moscow if no progress is made. The announcement marks a sharp reduction from the initial 50-day deadline he set on July 14, which would have expired on Sept. 2.
“We’re going to put on tariffs and stuff, and I don’t know if it’s going to affect Russia, because he wants to, obviously, probably keep the war going,” Trump said, signaling doubts about Putin’s intentions.
The shortened timeline suggests growing impatience from Washington and a potential escalation in pressure tactics as the conflict grinds on.
